As aware this Covid-19 pandemic Globally affected in all the sectors. During these critical situations had planned to design and build a Machine in Tractor manufacturing sectors, who needs to machining Rotary Tiller End Facing and Conveyor Pipe Boring at both the end of the component in a Single Machine.
I have started Machine design with machine length of 3500 mm and developed Tool heads and design come up with nicely. And shared with our clients, they have got impressed. Based on there confirmation we have started manufacturing process and build the special purpose machine with nil rejections within a 4 months durations high quality and durability. In general, all SPM machines will take minimum 8 to 12 months to manufacture but we have taken this project as challenge and completed as expected time with our Brisk Team.
We introduced this newly developed machine as CNC DOUBLE ENDED Machine – END Working Centre. Now proudly I can say we are the only manufacturing this product in An India.
