The GS:DS combines the grinding capabilities of two machines into one. Depending on application, machine can be equipped with two external grind spindles, two internal grind spindles, or one of each. This not only eliminates changeover, but also reduces takt time while maintaining tight tolerances. A Programmable B-axis allows for the wheel to grind both straight and taper sections in one set-up providing excellent concentricity.
