Quality Vision International (QVI®) is one of the originators of video measuring systems for manufacturing quality control and continues to be a leader in applying technology for advanced metrology.
The ISO9001:2015 certified company designs and builds a complete line of dimensional measuring machines that combine optical, laser, and contact sensors into easy to use systems. QVI systems are used by manufacturers in over 75 countries around the world to measure and inspect their products for quality and process control.
Since its founding in 1945, QVI has applied expertise in optics to measurement and inspection systems that enable advanced manufacturers to monitor processes and confirm that manufactured parts meet their design intent. The QVI divisions: OGP® (Optical Gaging Products), RAM (RAM Optical Instrumentation), CCP (Certified Comparator Products), VIEW (VIEW Micro-Metrology), ShapeGrabber, Itaca and Kotem®, are each leaders in their respective markets. QVS (Quality Vision Services) is the corporation’s dedicated service organization. QVI products include
profile projectors with advanced LED illuminators, automatic edge detection, and CNC control. QVI has manufactured the world’s most advanced profile projectors since its founding nearly 75 years ago.
QVI is best known for its video and multisensor measuring machines including the popular SmartScope®, SprintMVP and VIEW Benchmark family of systems. Introduced in 1991, SmartScope was the world’s first benchtop video measuring machine. Since that time thousands of SmartScope systems have been delivered – from compact benchtop machines to large format models.
QVI has operated in India since 2008, originally as OGP Multisensor Metrology India Pvt Ltd, and since 2015 as QVI India Pvt Ltd. Since then QVI India has been providing local sales, service and support. Our head office is in Bangalore and a branch office is in Pune. We have a team of experienced and agile Engineers, who can help you in pre- and post-sales processes. We have Channel Partners across the country who play key roles in promoting our products.
At our Bangalore Demo Centre, we have wide variety of QVI systems on display. We can inspect your sample parts and generate reports of the measurement results. We have customers across India from various industry segments including Engineering, Automotive, Medical, Aerospace, Electronics, and Plastics, to name a few.
