Being named “Best Subsidiary of the Year” among nearly sixteen global units is a great recognition for CLOOS India and a reflection of our team’s consistent dedication, customer focus, and strategic execution. The selection was based on multiple performance parameters — including business growth, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, local market development, and alignment with the global CLOOS vision.
Over the past year, CLOOS India has demonstrated exceptional momentum on all these fronts. We achieved strong double-digit growth while expanding our footprint across key manufacturing segments such as automotive, railways, and heavy engineering. At the same time, we significantly strengthened our customer support network and introduced localized solutions that resonate with the needs of Indian manufacturers.
Another major differentiator has been our focus on capability building — from developing our own team of trained welding experts to establishing the new Experience Centre in Pune. This facility now serves as a hub for demonstrations, training, and co-innovation with customers, reinforcing CLOOS India’s role as not just a technology provider but a trusted partner in productivity and quality.
We see this award not as an endpoint but as a motivation to raise the bar even higher. It validates our “Think Global, Act Local” approach and energizes us to continue contributing to the global CLOOS success story through innovation, customer proximity, and operational excellence.
CLOOS globally is renowned for its deep vertical integration — nearly 90% of our components, from power sources to robotic systems, are designed and manufactured in-house. This high production depth ensures absolute control over quality, precision, and innovation. In India, we strategically leverage this global strength while adapting to local needs and market dynamics.
Our advanced welding power sources, robots, and process modules are fully engineered and produced at our parent facilities in Haiger, Germany, ensuring that every system delivered in India meets the same international quality and performance benchmarks. These core systems form the technological backbone of our offerings.
At the same time, we have localized several elements to enhance responsiveness and relevance for the Indian market. Integration, fixture design, jigs, peripheral automation, and system layout engineering are handled locally by our skilled engineering and project teams. This hybrid model allows us to combine German precision with Indian agility — enabling faster delivery, customized solutions, and cost optimization without compromising on quality.
Additionally, certain assemblies, testing, and pre-commissioning are now being carried out in India, particularly for standard configurations and repeat systems. This approach not only shortens lead times but also strengthens our local technical capability and ecosystem partnerships.
In essence, we replicate the global CLOOS technology foundation while engineering around it locally — ensuring every solution delivered in India reflects both global excellence & local relevance.
